Paul was drawn to the beautiful desert landscapes of the Valley when he attended an early Coachella Music Festival, an experience which later influenced his decision to relocate. Paul’s success in real estate is built upon his love for design and architecture as well as his ability to maintain long-lasting client relationships.
Prior to real estate, Paul worked in the automotive industry as a sales consultant and finance manager. He makes customer satisfaction his top priority and ensures his clients are always satisfied with his service. Paul holds his clients in the highest regard and holds the distinction of highest client retention among his peers to date.
While specializing in all aspects of real estate, his most powerful skill is marketing. Marketing is an aspect of real estate Paul truly enjoys, and he markets every listing as a unique product, highlighting the most attractive aspects that stand out to buyers. Paul has a wide network including buyers, realtors, and investors spanning much of Southern California from the Coachella Valley to Los Angeles.
Paul cherishes the time he spends with his wife, a school teacher, and his newborn baby boy. He is a seasoned traveler and loves to explore and experience new cultures and cities. Paul has traveled to Spain, Italy, France, Amsterdam, London, Turkey, Costa Rica and backpacked through Europe to enjoy electronic music festivals. Paul’s hobbies include hiking with his dog, Chiquita, on trails throughout the Coachella Valley and taking photographs and videos of the discoveries he makes along the way.
